Dell Optiplex 7040 Dual Monitor
Is there some circuitry on the P5Q Deluxe to keep the gfx card delivery power when PC is switched off but still connected to the power outlet?... I'll try 2 if I can get just 1 working. Oops, something's wrong below.
But I cant't use HDMI because the monitor provides one HDMI connector which is used by another PC. If you still cannot access and change, you need to go direct to MFG support for the specific MoBo/Bios. Optiplex 7040 No Display Is there anywhere in UK that sells DP cables with the pin20 missing???... This is probably a firmware issue, check on Dell website if there are any updates available for your monitor. We are rather frustrated with the Dell support in Europe especially Germany, where allegedly no one has ever heard of this issue.

Tried to blame it on AOC monitors then admitted that only a few dell display port monitors actually work with the Optiplex.
