I inspected the system for bent pins, bluging caps, I tried swapping the memory around, removed all IDE/Floppy/SATA cables, removed graphics card (just for the heck of it), swapped in a Test.. 3.-Reconnect the I/O panel cable and Unplug the data and power cables from the back of all drives. After Dell screwed up and put clients name and DHL corrected it, replaced parts. This fault was not possible to see, as the FDD connector is some kind of special flat cable with out it's own hardware connector at the end. John, I owe you $50.
